Wednesday, January 25, 2012 - Decanted in bottle for 3 hrs before firs sip. Deep dark purple color. Aromas of plum, blueberry, and violet. Similar notes on the palate with a little coco and tobacco. Super rich and decadent. So much going on it's overwhelming to break down. A different experience with every sip. Drank over 3 nights with consistent experience. No formal notes taken. Celebration of the birth of our first son: Lincoln.
