I found, surprisingly that aerating the wine for a few hours, or vigorously swirling it in a decanter for 5-10 good minutes made the wine come to life. After this it jumped a few points, i would go 90-91. If you normally drink two glasses this is great because this wine was better the next day after sitting overnight corked tight!
