Tuesday, February 14, 2012 - Just cant give this one over 90. virtually no bricking, very little sediment. Still looks like a young wine. Nose was graphite, black truffle, ceder. Not much fruit. This might be closed up. Strong acidity - even slightly astringent, moderate tannins, slight gameyness, slight pomegranate, a little spice. Pretty drying on the end. Went well with Beef wellington, truffled potatoes, and brussels sprouts.
