Tuesday, November 21, 2006 - Gamey pungency on the nose that segues to cedar as the wine opens up. Remains firm in the mouth with plenty of drying tannin and a taciturn personality that's the very opposite of seductive. The fruit is still young but kind of tart. Mostly the wine just flexes its muscles and growls. No fun today.
