Monday, February 20, 2012 - Probably the most anxious I've ever been when opening a bottle of wine... Huge sigh of relief! Absolutely fantastic showing: elegant, classy, showing none of the litany of negative traits listed by disappointed tasters below. Here's hoping my luck holds out on the remaining bottles...
