Saturday, March 10, 2012 - This champagne was still very lively with enough mature ntes to send me back for another sip without the fulll mature oxidized, nuttiness from really old champagne. We had two bottles and one was a bit more youthful with some lemon curd and brioche dominating. Ended with a nice toastiness.
