Sunday, March 25, 2012 - Opened for about 1.5 hours before pouring. RIch plum and dark fruit on the nose. Red bean paste and black cherry flavors. Some spice as well -- super rich mouthfeel. Finish not as long as I would have expected, but the longer the bottle stayed open the better it got. Paired with sweet pork meatballs and spicy potatoes with onion and peppers.
