Friday, March 30, 2012 - Drank with Dan Kim & Kristie @ Bibou

Opened and decanted 3-4 hours before dinner

This really isn't ready for prime time needs a few more years to resolve.

However, if I'm honest I'm never going to love this as much as a Burg....(WOTN went to a 2003 Burg...)

Anyway
dark fruits on the nose, leather, and tobacco
Luscious mouth feel but still very tannic

Serrious stuff with plenty of potential, looking forward to revisiting in about 5 years time...
