Tuesday, April 3, 2012 - Dark yellow gold. Rich caramel like nose with honey and Whisky. Aged honeyed Whisky but without the alc. Showing interesting crystalline deep yellow lemon minerality. Cld be a batard with it's richness. Has a corn oil with cooked lentils finish. Might be beyond it's years but a good pt of reference
