Saturday, April 7, 2012 - Removed cork 3 hours before dinner of ribeye, Lyonnaise potatoes and spinach. Good nose of dark fruit a little sweet in a good way not candied. Palate matches the nose no heat and smooth tannins. The last few sips the alcohol start to move up. But. A very enjoyable wine now should continue to get better. I will hold the rest for 5+ years it seems to be a good candidate for 5 to 10 years of bottle age.
