Tuesday, April 10, 2012 - Honey and restrained pineapple with mineral. Medium bodied, fairly fleshy, focused golden just-ripe tropical flavor with citrus tones. Steely and maybe slight oxi, with a steely-mineral finish. Bright, a little green, fleshy and sort of broad, yet tart and clean.
