Friday, April 13, 2012 - Not giving anything much at first but opened up with air. Red apple, bright fruit, liquorice, clove, slight perfume, peach stone, coffee, milk chocolate and freshly cut champignons.
Fullbodied and meaty sour cherry to strawberry palate with refreshing structure. Salt liquorice, clove and slight sous bois. Long and substantial.
Huge potential, but not that approachable at the moment - at least not without a long decanting. Built to last.
