Sunday, May 20, 2012 - (quiet sunday dinner at Mich&Bo) Rich, generous nose of sweet fruit (cassis) and florals, even if a bit dusty and smokey. Sweet and jammy on tasting, with velvety texture yet transparent lightness. More dark fruits, bits of tobacco and dark chocolate, ending with a licorice-esque and even fennel/anise tea-sweetness. May become even peak in the next 2-4 years, but already drinking very agreeably now.
