Monday, May 21, 2012 - Dark claret color with orange and earthy tones. Had some unpleasant bitter orange flavors as well as a strong sulfur component. Also had odor of broccoli and cauliflower. All of this improved somewhat with protracted decanting but not enough to make it palatable.
