Straw honeyed color. Some sulphur on the nose initially which blew off in about an hour to reveal a vegetal nose with some wet straw undertones. With 3-4 hours of air the nose became sweeter with less funk and more almonds and caramel aromas. The palate also needed a couple of hours of air to get going and showed very nice weight and laser precision. Starts with white fruits on the front end, but then grapefruit infused minerality kicks in and leads to a long and very intended finish. This is absolutely fantastic tonight and premox aside should have a very long life ahead.
