Tuesday, May 29, 2012 - Classic "muscat" type nose highlighted by ripe peaches and pears. Very true to the varietal - you cannot mistake muscat for anything else.
Good acidity balances the residual sugar, with a little lift of zest on the finish to prevent it from being cloying. Easy to drink, and great with Curry. I wouldn't classify it as a "dessert wine", it's not sweet enough, but for spicy meals with a little heat, this works perfectly.
Very well made wine. No faults, everything seems to be in balance for the style. At $6, you cannot go wrong. Serve chilled
