Tuesday, May 29, 2012 - Past its prime perhaps, but still very enjoyable. Cherry, plum nose, with some chocolate and earthiness. Taste starts off nice and fruity and balanced. Initially, the finish was a little flat, but after 20 minutes in the glass, it improves a bit. Sorry I didn't drink earlier, but don't throw out your remaining bottles!
