Saturday, June 2, 2012 - Seashells, apple, musk melon, peach, and cashew on the nose. The palate is surprisingly sweet but has good drive with peachy, melon flavor and a saltiness that brings to mind proscuitto and melon. This lacks any mineral activity or lemon/lime...the characteristics that I typically love in Chablis.
