PnP. This is such a classy Pavillon Blanc! This light - medium golden Blanc is amazingly expressive with its intense sweet pear, melon and dried apricot aromas. Creamy butter, vanilla oak, mild herbs and saline mineral added better depth to it. On the palate this was singing too! Despite the stunning richness and concentration of sweet ripe fruits and lightly salted creamy butter, it is not heavy at all. Thanks to the bring, firm acidity backbone for the lift hence the focus and precision. Highly polished mouth feel and velvety texture leads to the intense long finished with complex saline mineral aftertaste, which tighten up a bit here suggested that the wine will age beautifully for at least another 10-15yrs. 93-94+
