Tuesday, June 5, 2012 - The first bottle I tried was corked. Biscuity, nutty, toasty aromas. Mango, apple, and dried apricots on the palate. There's a mild but noticeable bitter, tannin-like element in the background; it isn't enough to be annoying, and adds some complexity. Good acidity. Unimpressive bubbles and mouthfeel.
