Sunday, May 27, 2012 - We had this with roasted pork loin on 5/27/12. It had a powerful, deep, rich and voluptuous bouquet of blackberry, cherry, raspberry, smoke, licorice and pepper aromas. The palate was powerful and beautifully integrated with flavors of cherry, blackberry, licorice, pepper, spice and chalky minerals…extremely enjoyable!
