Thursday, June 7, 2012 - Quite dark. Very intense Grenache nose. Raspberry and a whole lot of earth, meat, and thyme/garrigues. Delicious balanced earthy CdP flavours with a hint of pepper on the finish. Perfect balance and a long dry finish.

Best 03 from the South I've had.
