Monday, June 11, 2012 - Medium intensity gold with pale reflections. Medium intensity nose with obvious resine and balsamic aromas, pine, thyme, eucalyptus. Soft attack, low body, medium-long aftertaste of medium intensity. Well, it's a retsina, not as bad as others I've tasted, maybe it could pair well with cured goat cheese with olive oil.
