Tuesday, June 12, 2012 - Soft nutty characters and seashell minerality and very attractive acidity. Went very well cutting through all the fat of Takoyaki and Karaage w/ Japanese Mayo and Bonito. Might have to make some seafood Okonomiyaki for the next bottle.
