Tuesday, June 5, 2012 - Comte de Vogue Dinner with Jean-Luc Pepin (Les Nomades, Chicago IL): Domaine Library Release. Opened roughly 3 hours before serving, maybe 4. Very similar to the last bottle tasted. Dense black frut on the nose and palate with a savory herb quality; fresh crushed thyme leaves. A good bit of mineral structure on the palate. Fantastic texture. Lengthy finish with great acidity. Extremely impressive wine.
