Wednesday, June 20, 2012 - This is a dried dark fruit bomb. With medium tannins, and a long finish. Eating with salami and mushroom pizza that has slightly burnt crust and and sprinkled with chili flakes- and the wines manages to easily push through the salty and bitter tones of the pizza.
