Saturday, June 23, 2012 - Still has may many years left to go. It was drinking like a very young wine. I liked how light it felt on the palate. Well balanced and no big overripe sweetness. We double decanted it which helped bring out the fruit and subtle earthy flavors. Would pair very well with lighter meat dishes.
