Friday, June 29, 2012 - Decanted 60 minutes. Dark garnet in the glass with just a hint of transparency near the rim. Surpirisingly approachable for a 2005 NV cabernet. Nose of red fruits and tobacco. A prototype Stags Leap cab - a very juicy mouth with dark red fruit and polished tannins. Drink.
