Sunday, July 8, 2012 - Two hours in a decanter. A promising wine that holds potential for future enjoyment, but this is just too young to fully appreciate, even with a grilled ribeye. Fleshy, ripe, sweet, plummy fruit, spices, noticable oak and firm tannins. All these elements are not quite integrated and this is just too aggressive and firm. This needs time to mellow,at least for my tastes.
