Wednesday, July 18, 2012 - Goodbye Dinner for Gabriel's Restaurant (Gabriel's - Highwood IL): Sensational aromatics as always. Plenty of citrus with some toast hints. Still showing fresh fruit flavors with great acidity, minerality and textures. Great, long, precise finish.
