Thursday, August 2, 2012 - This is a very special wine. Beautiful golden color. Nose of citrus and white peach. Still very vibrant with nice acidity. Flavors explode with the peach and some tropical elements along with the mixed citrus. It has great mouthfeel and long lasting flavors. Remarkable aftertaste that lasts for a minute. Perfectly balanced. Given blind this would pass for the best of white Burgundy. And it still has plenty of life left if stored properly.
