Sunday, August 12, 2012 - 13.9% ABV. Pretty much opaque dark garnet in the glass. Reticent aromatics with a dominant mineral dry earth note and background leather and a touch of funky meat. Medium bodied with a taut personality on the palate. The fruit seems subsumed by the structure of the wine. I'd give this one some more time.
