Sunday, February 27, 2005 - I had expected something more like the 2000 from this vintage. It is not the ultra lush, buttery chardonnay of their finest vintages, but very nice nonetheless. Good minerality, nice and firm. Clearly still a California chardonnay, so don't be put off, but leaning towards a french style. A very nice wine to have in the repetoir.
