Wednesday, August 15, 2012 - Requires an hour or so to open, but remains a bit pinchy and bitter even at 23 hours. I'd say wait another couple years. Plenty of intensity in the flavors and a little acidic. The tannins are better, but still grippy. Alcohol feels high, which would be better if the fruit was deeper rather than tart. I still rate this pretty high.
