Sunday, January 14, 2007 - Lunch at Bouchee. Straw to pale yellow color. Weak nose. Fruit weak with elements of apple and apricot. Well balanced and decent finish. This wine is made well with very good structure but just not enough "oomph" to make it exceptional.
