Think more Aussie Shiraz style, rather than their more usual Euro style (albeit with Cali fruit). Pepper on the nose and palate. In the interests of full disclosure, this would probably score higher with others, I particularly don't like the generic Aussie Shiraz flavor profile that we tend to get here in the states (though having been to Australia and wine tasted in the McLaren Vale, the wines there are far superior to those we tend to get here, and correspondingly I have no such issue with their local products).
