Tuesday, September 4, 2012 - Medium yellow-gold color. Aromas of pear, acacia, honey, and Meyer lemon. Palate shows honeydew melon, pear, flowers, and a sweet lemon note that carries into a medium finish. This seems better on day two from the half-open bottle held in the cellar. Drink or hold.
