Friday, October 12, 2012 - From magnum, allowed to be open and on table for 2 hours: honeyed aromas in glass, honeycomb, white pear, lemon, ripe honey crisp apple. A lot of sweetness coming through on the nose, smells awesome. Great texture in mouth, strong acids with stone fruits, ripe apple, white pear, honey. Very well balanced with its acid to sweetness, enough to keep things fresh. Long finish with fruit and sweetness lingering. This would age forever. Beautiful wine.
