Friday, February 2, 2007 - Not a lot going on from a half bottle tonight. Slightly muted nose, then simple core of medicinal black cherry fruit and olive with some secondary, pine aromatics over time. Good fruit but similarly one dimensional palate impression with raspy tannins not giving a great mouth feel. Unimpressive-funny stage, subtly flawed, or is that all there is?
