Aromas kept alive on the palate and in reasonable focus by moderate level of freshness preserving acidity. Lots of new world pinot personality here even at 15.3%; a level at which I think is usually the result of overly ripened grapes all too commonly yielding pinots that intersect with zin and grenache in personality.
