Wednesday, November 14, 2012 - Initial impressions, paired with sautéed pork with a wonton glaze / sauce - outstanding! On it's own, still very good, if not one that particularly excites. Matt's notes below are spot on in terms of flavor profile.. Very balanced. Good fruit with remnants of a pleasant green stemminess. Lacks a bit of verve or energy to push my score higher. The best pinot opened tonight, but the bar wasn't set very high.
