Tuesday, November 20, 2012 - This is not your typical Chablis, especially not Tonnerre. BUT, it drinks really nice right now. The saline and lemony aromas are there, but on the palate, it lacks a tiny little bit of acidity (for a Chablis), but makes it up by having an ample breadth of tropical fruit flavors. The finale is ample and gorgeous, medium to long lasting.
