Saturday, December 1, 2012 - Very firm and closed at first, this showed young. A bit foursquare, but really killer. Young, tight, very long, with a food friendly acidic profile. Paired with Julia Child's Coq au Vin (which was marvelous!) this was the group's #2, my #2 (of 6), and easily surpassed all other burgs after the ringer. This will last another 6 to 8 years, but no reason to wait.
