Tuesday, December 4, 2012 - Medium purple. Urgent nose of tart black cherry and some herbs in the background. Medium weight and volume of similar character fruit with solid acidity and rising stoniness on the finish. Slightly rounder and not as intense or mineral as the great '09 (the last vintage of this I've tasted), but this is no slouch either.
