Wednesday, December 5, 2012 - Dark inky purple, powerful rich wine, ripe, rich cherry fruit, tobacco, floral (violet) notes , noticeable tannic structure - tannins still quite sticky - doesn't obscure the enjoyment now but plenty of life left. Nice acidic balance - this was far better than I expected.
