Monday, December 10, 2012 - Grenadine color. Crystallized lavender and strong tobacco note. Relatively light, elegant and above all, dry despite being perfectly ripe. Wonderful acidity that carries it. The fruit has definitely lost its primary character. Third time tasted this year, and all of my notes attest to its great consistency and lovely state of development. I trust (and hope) that it will maintain this peak for another 3 or 4 years.
