Friday, December 14, 2012 - Very light color. Beautifully poised aromatics of seashell and iodine with lemony fruit in the background. Light, pure, and extremely elegant while possessing really authoritative flavors and enough sap to keep it from feeling meager. Crescendo of acidity and stoniness through the mid-palate and finish. This was thrillingly good, utterly satisfying Chablis lover's Chablis and pretty much perfect to drink if you're not in the mood for Grand Cru heft. Would love to find more of this.
