Saturday, December 15, 2012 - Dinner at Blue Morel with Gary/Tom/Bob. Nose was good, not great. Wine opened up a bit after about 30 minutes, (after 30 minute decant). Red fruits, tobacco, earth. Not an elegant first growth but certainly a very good wine. Probably at or past its peak. Would drink now
