Tasted non blind. Opened and decanted one hour before serving.

Garnet to dark garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of birch, rose petals, black berries and black cherries. Flavors of black berries, black cherries and a bit of boysenberry jam. Medium acidity, medium tannins, full bodied. Drink over the next 2 to 5 years and start with a brief decant.
