Tuesday, December 25, 2012 - Much more approachable than the 09' tasted a couple weeks ago. Paint polish and red apple flesh on the nose. Supple texture, perked up with tart and sweet citrus flavors. Finishes well with good intensity and medium to long persistence. Will wait a couple years before opening another.
